1904-O VAM 28A PCGS 65PL

Okay,I'm pretty sure this is the VAM 28A.The so-call "trigger".It has the clashed "G" of the 28A and 32. The best diagnoses point I think is the 10 degree reverse rotation correct? The pictures I took are kinda dark but the coin also shows the single die polish mark under the "A" ,the crescent shaped clash by the upper left wing etc. She's not very photogenic especially with the roller marks on the chin. My question is,does PCGS recognize this VAM?Could I have it put on a new label if I sent it in?And I haven't seen a pop report on this but some guy on the bay says his NGC 64PL is top/pop for NGC. Pretty sure NGC doesn't recognize this vam. How would I get this validated? You know most potential buyer won't believe it unless it's on the slab. This is the link to VAMworld.

here is a old pic of mine, and I looked and have a photo of a NGC66 DMPL also.
PCGS does not attribute them.
Todd did great job of photograpfing this one for me using a close up picture of the Clashed G "trigger" in the front of the neck.
