I have the Reiver book but can't determine the variety. I don't think its totally original but it looks good.

It was a little show in the Comfort Inn....maybe 25 tables, and not a bad trip from Charleston, WV.

I think I have it as B11, Die state a.

Heritage had the exact coin, no berries, w/ the same crack as B11, but by book has B11 WITH Berries.

I see what you're saying. Same obverse. Those die markers for the B11 are easy to see now that I turn a couple pages. Are the berries and stems strong like the B11 description says?

At one point the book says: "On the final use of B11, all of the berries are gone, and only one or two stems remain."

    Thats the one I have.

That's so sad. I hope there's a chance for him/her to move. image Belpre was not my most favorite place to live, but the job probably had a lot to do with that.

    Tmot,
I live close enough to Belpre to have that postal address. Since I do not live in town, I won't comment on your assessment. I live near Veto Lake...remember where that is? I wish I had met DnaDave today, but did not know he was around.image

I think all these people with ties to ohio (...or still live in ohio) should have made an appearance at the Labor Day show a couple months back in Dublin. 100+ tables and our seated dollars were on display.

.... or at least you guys (ponderit excluded) should make a trip to the smaller monthly hilliard show. If we could get a little group together, lunch would be on me and we could do a little show and tell. image
Want to buy an auction catalog for the William Hesslein Sale (December 2, 1926). Thanks to all those who have helped us obtain the others!!!
