Does anyone know if there are plastic sheets available that fit the Red Man Tobacco cards?
Which year do you think is most desirable - 52, 53, 54 or 55?
1953 and 1955 seem to have the fewest stars. 54 has Mays but not Musial. 52 has Williams but not Mays.

You can purchase 4-pocket pages on eBay that fit Red Man cards. They hold 4 - 3.5" x 5.25" cards.
The Red Man cards with the tabs attached are 3.5" x 4".
Just do a search on ... Utra-Pro 4-pocket ... or BCW 4-pocket!
Interesting Article about the Red Man cards by Joe Orlando.
I would choose the '54 set. Since no Mantle ... I'd have to pick the set with Mays.

<< <i>Interesting article. I thought non-tab Redman's were numerically graded, as long as the dotted line remained. Oh well, thanks for the link pops >>

You are correct.
There are quite a few non-tab Redmans with numerical grades. The dotted lines are necessary for minimum size requirement, other wise the card will result in a possible MC qualifier or EOT.
Check out this 1953 Redman POP Report and you'll see that a Bobby Shantz non-tab was graded an 8.
There are a few 1/2 grades also, which would mean that the cards were either originally graded with the 1/2 grade points or that they were given as the result of a review. Either way, it looks like PSA does indeed grant numerical grades for non-tab Redmans.
