  I have an 1807 cent (not for long, Ted2126 just ordered it) with a ~50 deg rotation. I have and have owned a number of early large cents, and this is the most substantial rotation I've seen on any of them.

  I would not say one with 180 degrees is common but they are not rare either, it is actually harder to find an '07 cent with normal rotation then it is to find one that is rotated. Most are rotated anywhere from 20 degrees up to 180 with a full 180 being one of the toughest but they really do not command much premium since die rotations are so common on large cents especially the 1807.
