Good news! All Burge's Gai auto's removed from ebay.....

Finally ebay is starting to do something. I feel sorry for all the people he screwed but at least he wont have free reign on there anymore. i know ebay has all his user names & are closey monitoring him. If you see any item you feel he has up that looks fraudelent please report him. Just make sure its 100%.

and everyone should report that too, but this recent move of getting them taken down in one account to re-list in another is a violation of eBay policy so it may cost him...

this guy is comitting mail fraud every day. Ebay should be in contact with the authorities as I bet he is well over 10K in fraudulent transactions.

alas, I spoke too soon above, I thought it was one of HIS other accounts, any rules about having a friend re-list cards that were taken down? my understanding is that Ebay can only pull them from a seller and the seller only gets in trouble if he re-lists with the SAME account,....

Nope.

Poofed listings that are relisted under "any associated account"
are a violation.

I have NO clue if the new account is "associated."

"Associated" is interpreted a number of different ways.

Friend, relative, employee, are "associated."

Previous buyer/seller you transacted with can be called "associated."

Accounts whose computers have been used to cross-list or buy merch are "associated."

............................................

IF the new guy is part of the "ring," taking out a 9,000 item store would be a large victory.

Thanks Storm, I'd bet dollars to donuts they were listed by the same IP address, I would also bet these get shipped from NC not GA (maybe that's why the seller doesn't list a location? )...

If I had to bet my life on it this is Burge to: cauckcards.

They own all the Topp Ftbl Phot Shoots Adian Petersons....At least they would like the world to believe.

I suggest & hope everyone goes to ebay under help, click contact us & when promted to write in a ? type in email. When you click on email it will ask you for a heading write in nh (no heading).

Then report shoeless-joejackson, cauckcards, cardboardpimping & jmvariety for fraud. Report all the fake id's, gai slabs, topps ftblll autos & buybacks.

Write in fraudelent sellers under concerns (3rd box).

The 5 mins it will take you to do this will help get him banned. Everyone says what can they do?? This is it 5 mins of your time.

Believe me its def going to happen.
