1882 William Penn Medal Question
Found a medal dated 1882. The obverse is a portrait of William Penn. The reverse is the Pennsylvania seal and the inscription:
"Distributed by the employees of the U.S. Mint during the Celebration of Pennsylvania's Bi-Centennial October 24, 1882"
What is this and is it worth anything? Its seen circulation (maybe a pocket piece?) and can use a bath in acetone.
