yes it is a micro o which is the only reason I am sending it in for submission

Sorry I can't view an enlargement of the link provided I'm not a member of HA. I know I could sign up but I never actually visit that website unless it pops up in a thread like this
I meant to say hairline scratches (a lot of the time caused by a cleaning - but not ALL the time) like ARCO stated. A "scratch" is the one that stands out the most on the neck.
I had a 1893 barber half with original toning. I showed this coin to 3 different dealers. Got three different answers: AU55, AU58, MS62.
This coin then graded MS 63 @ PCGS
