Is there any coin with more MS70 examples than UHR??

How do these MS70s retain any premium when .........

Around 60% of all UHR submitted grade MS70

When 82,000 have been sold( >50K potential MS70s)

And finally when you can still buy all you want from US Mint.

I just don't get it.

I'm sure a lot of MS70 has been used on Morgan Dollars and other silver coins image

Its only a matter of time before any premium disappears.

I think any premium seen now is only because people don't take the time to educate themselves about population reports, mintage figures, etc.

There really is no reason to pay any additional money for an MS70 example over an MS69.

    I disagree.

at least in theory one would, at least, pay a bit more to buy a 70 or 70PL that's out than play the lottery from the mint.

also, I think there is some gold mania keeping gold coin prices up in general.

Based on grading % to date you could just buy 2 UHR from US Mint and have a greater than 75% chance of getting at least 1 MS70.
