The interesting thing about this coin ,is that Mikes Picture of it looks

100%, exactly the same as the coin itself. It has a wonderful even

natural toning and a really lovely luster. In my opinion, this is probably

the nicest looking 1839 No Motto Half ,that I have ever seen in MS-64.

This coin is a keeper that goes waaayyyy back in the old Bank safe

deposit box , for a Looonnnng, looonnng time.

I particularly liked that the stars are all struck thru the centers.

Normally, when a coin is enlarged to this size, it usually looks like folks

have been ice skating and prospecting for gold on the surface. In this case

however, the coin looks as nice in large size as it does in normal size.

Thanks to Mike Prinz for posting the picture at my request. As you all know,

we fuzzy bears are not able to make with the pictures. Big clumsy paws and

all that.
