Has Ebay removed its completed auction search option?

I hope its just my own inability, but each time I go to advanced search the option to select complete auctions in now grayed out. Is there a way to reverse this?

    Are you signed into eBay? You can't search completed auctions if you aren't logged on.

    it actually happened to me a couple times last week...but as I navigated more it worked...it was odd...
