Interesting item across the street.

Ijustlovecards....aka....Felica is just someones wife.

Copied from across the street:

There's a poster across the street named Ijustlovecards who goes by the name Felicia. Has a picture of a woman as an avatar, supposedly her. Starts threads about ripping wax and posting the pulls. A regular pied piper that has a bunch of drooling followers wishing they had a wife that was into cards as much as she is. The complete schtick is she grew up a tomboy whose dad got her hooked on cards.

Heard a very well substaniated rumor, girl is a dude. The avatar is his wife, who knows next to nothing about cards and may not even know hubby is bordering on the transvestite cover.

He or she seems to have done a lot of good things for people over here. Doesnt really matter to me either way. No one ever said we had to be totally truthful about our personal lives here anyway, This is just an internet message board.
But it should make for some good reading later today, and we should see a lot of posters with low post counts chime in.

Why would somebody need to bash on a person that has done a tremendous amount of good on these boards? She has been nothing but generous to people here, sending out many hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of free stuff and not asking anything in return. Why would anybody need or want to question that? If driving off a good poster is the intention I'm sure this thread has a good chance of doing that.

I'm sad that some loser on a message board would say such things, calling them "a very substantiated rumor".

I don't know Felicia, never talked to her even once. But she's one of my favorite posters here. She has been nothing but polite and kind to everyone here.

Felicia has been nothing but good for this forum. She's generous....She's knowledgeable. Informative and it's been a pleasure reading her posts. I don't care what she is but I seriously doubt the rumor is correct........BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER!!!!!

I will respond, I am me, I have sat at the national talked to carol from psa as I waited for my cards, got cards submitted by a huge dealer at the show in chicago, ( handed him the cards at the show and he submitted them for me while I walked around and bought cards) which many of you have dealt with here ( wont say the dealers name as it was a favor),

Bosox, ( mike ) is in charge of a facility that is taking care of my ailing grandmother in chicago and we have talked at length about her,

Oh and I guess since I don't like sports I wouldnt be excitied about having the bears championship ring on my finger either, and having the owner sign his card..that was all an illusion as well...

And more so, if anyone wants to call me and discuss cards, I can be reached at work and its real easy to find me...

Thanks for once again taking the time to answer an accusation that deserved nothing to begin with. Sorry you've had to do that so often lately.

Fortunately, Felicia understands that she is an extraordinary case in the hobby world. Both from the magnitude of her collection and by her gender. These kinds of questions will come up I guess.

I had remembered that you mentioned an ailing relative in Chicago that was being cared for indirectly by a board member. Upon shipping stuff out last week I put two and two together and realized that it was Mike (Bosox). Thank you for being such a wonderful person, the hobby needs more good people. You are very appreciated around here.

Firstly, honestly who cares whether she be a girl, guy, or a leatherback sea turtle.

I'm fairly new here, just a couple of months, but it seems from what I've witnessed Ijustlovecards has a great way of carrying themselves. They help other board members, build informative posts, and advance knowledge of card collecting.

In my humble opinion, no one on here needs to be defending whom they are in real life, this is a message board..... Honestly, it's the people that are trying so hard to make a helpful person look bad that have issues...

I have a major hangup in that I really resent being lied to.

On the otherhand , I also realize that what people do , speakes louder than their words.

Felicia , on these boards , has been very informative and helpful about the part of the hobby she knows best. She has expressed kindness and support to others , where needed . She has shared her collection in pictures as well as her giving more than most here that we know , to others.

I find it very difficult , based on the many posts , to believe that Felicia , is a dude.

I've heard it said that "Out of the abundance of the heart , the mouth speaks ". Her post speaks well of the inner person.

I've also heard it said " That even a child is known by what they do , whether they are good or evil ". Her many wonderful actions speaks more of her , than most of us .

IJustLoveCards is one of the many generous and entertaining (all those amazing rips) collectors on these boards... come to think of it, the other boards have good reason to be jealous and miserable.

Hmm... Yet another reason I rarely post.....

If a guy starts a thread about a derek Jeter autograph he strongly feels is fake He gets called every name in the book for not providing "rock solid evidence" including having mud thrown at him from the OP

But the OP has no problems with these rumors about what I see as a very nice and generous board member here.. (which by the way I've never spoken or dealt with but just from reading have been amazed many times..

Ping, Wht not go across the street and call the poster of the thread in question a moron and say his rambling is nothing without "rock solid evidence" and continue to bash him until his source is made public for all to see???

Oh yeah, he was bashing a board member and not something SGC graded so it's ok...

Felicia been on this board for a long while, nothing at all adds evidence that she would ever lie.

I honestly don't think jealiousy is the reason for the post. Some people who have been outed in the past like to come back and make waves.

Internet stupidity never ceases to amaze me. She's a breath of fresh air to a hobby riddled with scammers, thieves, cheats and liars. Why anyone would even question her gender is absolutely not worth an answer. I wish the hobby was full of people like her and not full of the people that has the feds walking the Nationals looking for people to subpoena.
