Not a whole lot. Maybe a bit more on the right of the obverse and through the center of the reverse and there you have it.

I think you are there. If you can't tell exactly what the date is, you have gone too far....

Sadly, I think the determining factor with this coin is too much of the word LIBERTY is visible. As for wear on the rest of the coin, more wear into the word UNUM would be better, but basically I think it's pretty much there already.
When in doubt, don't.

The coin is PO01 as it is. You just have to pump it through the PCGS system enough times to get the grade.

Once should do it the way they are grading coins these days
