fair value for PR69 2004 $25 or $50 proof platinum eagle

Any ideas on fair value for these?

I am looking to start a collection and want to get the expensive one out of the way.

Do you want a mint state piece or a proof piece? Your title lists both. If I recall correctly, it is the proof piece that is expensive.
