When people crack out CAC coins, does CAC pay for the stickers like PCGS does for their labels?

I assume CAC wants to keep their pop reports as accurate as possible.

Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

<< <i>What are you talking about, I have sent in a total of somewhere under 10 labels and have never received anything for them image >>

there used to be a 'bounty' for labels, sumthin like .50 each if you had over a hunert.

who turned in the 3-5,000 back a few years ago- big pics about it back then...a big stink as well.

There was a thread recently about 13000 labels being returned by RCW to PCGS and them donating the money.

I think there still is. Takes em 2-3 months to getting around to processing them.

CAC stickers, not PCGS? Is CAC supposed to take your word on what the coin is that had the sticker? Wouldn't you have to send them he slab with sticker and NGC or PCGS label? And, most interesting to me, why would anyone want to crack out a coin with the CAC sticker? At this stage of the game it seems those stickers are improving the market value of the coins within the slab.

I can see it would be difficult to tie a particular sticker to a specific coin unless you make before and after pics which isn't practical. People crack coins out for many reasons---to resubmit for an upgrade, to put the coin in an album, to enjoy holding them raw, etc.

All this talk about the CAC bean makes me want to pass gas

and my family would not like me hitting the house with deadly methane.

I think a few folk who love this 'bean' thing should enroll in the ANa this summer (do it quickly) and take a class on how to grade a coin/coins- you have no clue as to what you are doing.

    market acceptable- my ass..

someone is going to come along with another form of grading the CAC and prove them to be wrong and y'all will get sucked into this game all over again..
