Appreciate some help with identifying two bronzes....

I've had them for about twenty five years now and have lost one of the original flips so I'm not even sure
which is which; let alone what they are image

I'd appreciate any help on identifying them. Also if someone could tell me the best way to preserve them
and what they might be worth.

I didn't pay big bucks for them so I expect they're probably fairly common-at least to bronze medal collectors

Thanks for any help....

Dassier medal from 1731. The obverse is of Henry I and is from Dassier's European Medal Series. It does have some verdigris on the surface. As for value, I have not a clue. -Dan

  • Here's the obverse of the second bronze.

I've looked them up now and it's fascinating area of collecting.

On the back of the flip I wrote $57 and, on checking, it's probably worth just about that now.
So considering inflation I probably lost pretty close to that much.

Still, there aren't that many collecting areas where you can own that kind of antiquity and reflection
of history and culture for that kind of money.

Fantastic medals. Obviously part of a series on English kings. Wouldn't it be cool to find some more?
