    I would say with the way the edges are if you are ok with qualifiers it would be a 9oc

    Looks like it has a shot at a 9 (oc) to me also.

    The card is a PSA 8 (OC) every day of the week. The top/bottom centering is on the cusp of a straight PSA 6, hence no chance for a PSA 9 (OC). If it were just the left/right were the only centering being considered, then I could see a PSA 7 or PSA 9 (OC).
