Just my eyes, or do these NOT look like refractors?

    Without a better image it is hard to tell. I remember when those came out, they were hard to tell in person sometimes with these cards if they were refractors or not.

    i would say base as well.

    to the naked eye refractors almost look dull. they also look much different when scanned.

    I guess these cards will end up in the trash (per seller's description if they do not sell). I can't imagine anyone would spend $13.24 to buy these 14 base cards--when they could instead get them off a site like sportlots.com for probably $6 total delivered.

    Then again, there is always someone with more money than common sense.......
    I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

    Here is her response:
    These are not the base cards in the set. They are shiny like a chrome look. I was told they are refractors. I guess if you are concerned then you won't want to bid. Thanks for yoru input.
