Bought this coin from mark feld, as stated in the other thread. It is an AU53/CAC NGC $2.50 1834 quarter eagle.
It has some semi PL surfaces which is hard to see in the photo. Russ, a great member here as we all know, took some pictures of it for mark feld. Good pictures too.. I then bought it from mark feld.
I wanted to send it to mark goodman for better imaging (no offense russ) because I wanted to try and get a good picture that would capture the reflectiveness of the fields. Managed to do this, as well as a photo that doesn't display it. Hope you enjoy these pics! The coin actually has alot of luster on the reverse, but this isn't evident in the photos. The last picture is Russ's, the first one is mark goodman, both excellent at it!

Mark has 2 now that would fit into my set - just not a good time for me to buy.
