In the mail box this afternoon. Slabbed and 6 bucks delivered. Lets see if the forum agrees with the slab company. Decent luster. Basically no hits at all. Little weak on the overall strike.

So I'm the lone hard a$$ on this coin. I made my choice based on my immediate first impression from the pics and noting the splotchy toning pattern, especially on the obverse - I just don't find it too attractive - and the weak strike.

However, I will admit that I may not have a clue.

Midlife the coin is a little lighter than my picture. For some reason that I have not figured out the shots I take make everything somewhat darker thus the look you see on the obverse. For sure its not a dazzler but not ugly either.

Interesting range of grades so far. Later on I will put the grade and slabber up. By the way I agree with the slab company.
