Renewing NGC and PCGS Membership?

Hi all,
It seems that you can simply renew PCGS membership (at the Platinum level, for example) prior to its actual expiration. Is this also possible with NGC - I can't seem to figure out how the heck to renew my membership there and would rather not wait until the last minute and have any sort of confusion? I can only find an "upgrade" option?

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

I don't know the answer but if it were me, I would just go to the horse's mouth, so to speak.

You may have an old membership level and need to change to one of the new levels.
