Reviewing a collection tomorrow, have pricing question

Hi all,
I wanted some advice. I am reviewing a collection tomorrow and I am certain there will be some things I want to buy. In the past I have bought some collections and I always give a very fair price. As a collector I value collections and since I can't always go through everything, I usually give good value above melt.
However, I am doing a favor for an estate sale and will go through them and point out the values, organize, etc. So if I want to buy several things or even the entire collection, what do dealers usually offer in this situation?? I want to be fair but I am still selling things from the last collection I bought that do not fit my personal collecting goals. It was an all or nothing deal. If that happens again, I would like to build in some profit if possible. If I find the collection is worth $7000 at retail (example) what would a smart coin dealer offer in terms of percentage of value?
I do not think there will be much rarities. A lot seems to be rolled silver, etc. And it doesn't sound too organized. Any advice is appreciated.

current trends is tuff on widgets reguardless of retail which i see even off some 20%
be careful is all i can say in this market with widgets as i'd display estimates on ebay items ending current if confronted as possibly low balling them
i see great coins collecting seller's dust right now on sale
