I don't like the first entry. It is mostly opinion that insults those that are buying the new Lincoln coins. I would prefer some price history of some other recent mint issues and how those prices came down. Who is to say that the new Lincolns won't go the route of some issues that came out hot and got hotter? Back up your opinions with some facts and it will have more impact than a straight rant that calls those buying and selling the new coins names. Using what I see as derogatory terms such as "Flea-Bay," "duping," "burning," are unlikely to earn you any friends, especially when it is an opinion piece.

Anyway, if is $10 or $30 or whatever, who really cares? The dollar amounts are small potatoes in a hobby where some get routinely get ripped off overpaying by thousands of dollars. Is anyone other than a few speculators or dealers putting big money into these coins?

I don't have any interest in the new Lincolns, so if you think that is where I am coming from you are wrong. Put more facts in. More information. I don't know about the other readers but to me, personal rants and complaints get old, and tired fast. Especially when there aren't any nuggets of hard information mixed in.

Some other coin blogs include show reports with first hand reports on the state of their corner of the coin market, auction results, anecdotes about travel, meals that give a person a sense of what it is like to be there.

    Your grammar is terrible.
    Your opinions are not supported.
Your topic has been beat to death.
You use juvenile terms in order to be funny but it just doesn't work.
While blogs are generally to the point, they are usually more than just two paragraphs. Maybe try Twitter?

I just ordered my four critiques by length to make them look like a staircase and it was more entertaining than your blog.

Although the OP is a self-centered imbecile who fell off the pathetic tree and hit every branch on the way down, I'll play nice this time and in turn suggest that he read the response thread by "RedTiger" and use his thoughts as a source for positive constructive criticism.

Poor grammar, asinine rants and unsubstantiated accusations not withstanding, it is essential for any blog author to use as much anecdotal and factual evidence as possible to prove any opinions that you are presenting to support your claims. By not presenting any evidence to support your stances you are severely damaging whatever level of credibility you may have left.

I would have started the sentence with " Despite the fact that the OP..."

Other than that... How could one disagree?

Edited to add that you forgot to use the (very applicable) term "puerile" image

Ya know, people that like to keep using these boards for their self-promotion really should go elsewhere to do it.
It's 1 thing to mention something once and let it go, it's another to constantly bring it back up.

Also, common sense should tell you that when people start making fun, attacking, voicing discontent with the posts/subject, that it may be time to change.

Maybe the ngc board members would like to get all these nice posts/thread that they are missing out on image

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

I do not know Mr. Doran and he is entitled to express his opinions....but I think it's pretty pathetic to slam someone for attempting to do something that promotes this hobby!!! Grow up people.

WTCG---I'm a little disappointed that you would say this without backing it up. I thought you had more class than that.
