I bought this coin raw and had a friend send her away to be graded at NGC

I was kind of disappointed with the grade but then I took a real hard look at the
coin and saw lite scratches under the motto and at the end of Liberty on the obverse.
Mabey I will send it in again some day.

That mint-mark is real unique.
It's an RPM/ OPM
A small D has no underlying large D -
at least not any I've ever seen, which
makes it even more unique!
