Excuse me while I go and Puke.

Pat, do you really think it was any different for any of us? Everyone here was 'new' at one time
and had to act the newbie part.

It is only a recent phenomena (did I spell that right?) that I have seen people drop in, not announce themselves
and start into discussions like they been here for years.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, however, IMO the proper way to begin life here is to, one, create a thread where you say 'hello'
and two, to then post in a way as to not ruffle feathers. Then after you have been here for say a week you then can start
bashing PSA or whatever pleases you.

You didn't even wait the required week.

    Steve
    Good for you.

Good idea to start posting there must be a mandatory cooling off period - like with Gun control - you should be allowed only to say hello and then not be able to post again for a week or so.

Thank you for your advice. I had no idea this was an actually "community" and that people really knew each other, etc. Figured just random people drop in from time to time to ask a q about the hobby. If I had know this I would have introduced myself differently.

Well, you've seemed to live here since the day you signed up. For a "new member" of the forum, you sure seem to feel comfortable.

Well, "day 1" for this alt id, at least.

Someone else PM'd me about an "alt ID" which apparently means people are suspicious that I am some "blast from the past". I hate to burst your bubble, but that is not he case. Who else could emulate my great one liners image (Prediction: about 10 members will respond how I don't have great 1-liners and that I should shut-up, etc. image I like these little emoticons. They kinda take the edge off of what I say image Very soothing image

So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
