Looks to me like the Yankees need a LOT more than ARoid. If their pathetic performance continues, I suspect King George will be replacing the manager.

His son now owns the team but I imagine George still has a lot of behind the scenes influence on decision making.

On your Sox end, just imagine how "wicked" good the Sox offense would be if Papi was still on the juice.

When A-Rod gets back they will more than likely start him as a DH for awhile then move him back
to 3B. Hideki Matsui is doing nothing in the DH roll, may not be a bad idea to pick up some one cheap
like Frank Thomas to put up some power numbers can't do any worse than Hideki just a thought.

Matsui has started hitting well and is at .288, 5th on team. Yankees will be fine and problems will be worked out. Arod will be back, Tex will hit, Hughes and Melancon bolster pitching. No need to panic in April by signing Thomas.
