Found a cool foreign coin in change

Earlier this week, my mom got a Panama quarter in change from somewhere. It appears to be a circulating commerative for Breast Cancer Awareness. From 2008, even.
It is the first time since the early 1990s that we have gotten a non-Canadian foreign coin in change!
I have not taken a photo, would you all on here want to see it?
It is my third coin from Panama but newest, my others are from the 1940s and 1970s.
