Shouldn't sellers like this guy be shut down?

check out this Ebay seller

I've been hounding this clown with emails for weeks and he won't respond. Is he breaking any kind of Ebay rule at all? He has to be if he's "guranteeing" certain cards in unopened packs.

    I had a friend that bought two legendary cuts packs that were guaranteed to contain a cut auto. It took two months and several emails before the guys ever sent the packs. When he opened the packs both contained Joe Sewell cut autos. Now what are the odds of pulling 2 Joe Sewell cut autos out of 2 different years of legendary cuts? These guys that guarantee packs like these are total scam artists. I don't know exactly how they do it, but they have some way of not only selling guaranteed auto or games used packs like this, but it is also a guarantee that you will get the absolute worst players in the entire set. This is totally unethical what they do!!!!

    What I don't get is how this guy not only knows there is an insert in the pack, but WHAT KIND of insert. If idiots like this can tell what kind of insert is in a pack just from feeling, I think the card manufacturers really need to make some changes.

    maybe they bust a case and isn't there so many good "A" type hits per case - once they open the find the A hit they sell the rest... I really have no clue how they are making sure they only sell the crappy auto hits.

    Packs are not resealed. There is a rather easy way to find the packs with autos and GU'd cards other than just feeling the packs. No, I will not post it here.

    This seller has relatively good FB considering all he sells are items with the high probability of receiving a negitive and low DSRs.

    the legendary cuts have to be resealed. hes got to be putting joe sewell cuts in them. who would feel a pack, know it might have a ruth cut auto, and sell it on ebay for 250

    There is a fairly easy way to reseal these packs, all it takes is the right equipment.
    IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY

    The right equipment? Let me guess, the members that have seen the jerks in Target or Wal-Mart with a scale? An X-ray machine? haha, I swear there is a distributor out there doing this in his backroom.
