how many cents in a pound?

anyone know how many cents are in a pound? I have a chance to buy three 5 gallon jugs of cents.

To be safe there should be no less than 140. A 5000 count box weighs in about 33 pounds.

It's gonna be a range, with copper cents on the low end and zlincolns on the upper end.
Roughly between 146 and 181.

I assume he means pre-1814 large cents as no one really cares about middle-date large cents.

Careful picking them up. You may end up with the broken jugs and a big pile of cents on the floor.

Are these plastic 5 gallon jugs or the glass version. If plastic grab n run, if glass- move em to a plastic pale and I'll pm you my addy to send me the glass jugs. I'm building a few ships of yesteryear and need glass jugs to do my hobby.

It takes about 2-3 years to build a ship from scratch in a glass jug. I have a lot of free time on my hands right now...

if they are plastic- fill em with more cents/nickels/dimes.quarters.. and have a guess how much contest..
