I paid via credit card within hours of my invoice being posted online, and still no coins yet.
I called Heritage today to inquire and was told the lots from the Baltimore auction had arrived back at Heritage last Thurs. and should begin shipping out later this week perhaps.
It seems like the bigger Heritage gets over the years, the longer it takes to get your auction winnings shipped out.
Haven't received either of mine yet, but I'm sure they'll be delivered soon.
BTW, love the '26-S!

To: Chuck/ebaytrader. I tried calling you but Brian Kuszmar, who I guess you allegedly work for, wouldn't tell me your phone number, last name, or how to reach you. So I guess I have to do it through this forum.
What is with you? You seem to be running Heritage down at every opportunity. Have I ever heard from you with a complaint? no. If you've got a problem with us, come at me directly, but stop slandering us, it's tiresome. My email address is Greg@HA.com and my phone number is 214-528-3500.

Greg, Just to clarify, Chuck does not work for me, he does online sales for me (and a fine job) and fwiw I was not going to give you his personal info same as I would not give out yours or anyone else's, specially with underlying lawsuit tones. Even though I was unaware of it, I have asked him to stop posting non-biz stuff under that moniker with my name, not because the threat to sue me (just to cost me 20-30g to merely defend as you mentioned) but because it's under my name and I have no beef with Heritage and that moniker is for business only. With that said, as I stated, it is not my place to tell someone what to say on their own time and moniker.
Here nor there, I have left a msg with him about it, ebaytrader should no longer utter the word heritage.. ;') heh
Anyway Greg, glad you called me first.
Regards to and the best to all

Well right now my problem isn't waiting a few extra days for my Baltimore lots to arrive, it's wondering where in hell I'm going to come up with the cash to win all the lots I absolutely MUST have from their upcoming CS auction.
On a side note (and I have no connection with Heritage)......I've been bidding in coin auctions since the early 1980's and I feel Heritage in its current state is about as good as it gets as far as all their website features, auction pics, pleasant customer service reps, catalogs, etc.

Come on now -- enough of the sweeping generalizations. From my own experience, I have noticed it seems to take longer for me to get my auction lots whenever Heritage holds an out-of-state auction (like Baltimore), rather than holding the auction in their Texas headquarters. But then, I wouldn't expect them to bring their entire shipping department with them to out-of-state shows -- especially when their shipping charges are so reasonable -- would you?
My Heritage win shipped yesterday. I am quite happy with my service from them, both from travelling and Texas auctions. My only regret is having to pay sales tax as I forgot the Balitmore auction is in my home state and therefore I owe sales tax. My bad.

Anytime I've had a concern with HA it was resolved very quickly and professionally!
I got an email that my lots were shipped Tuesday by priority mail, so I should get them today. I have dealt with the fine people at Heritage for about twelve years and have NEVER had a problem with them. They are a huge operation but still are considerate of all customers, big or small.

They are better than the photo's said they were. That's a nice change from the other way around.
