How many people do you think would......
If there was a contest how many people do you think would lie about their age and try to win the prize.....especially if it were a good prize......gold a car large sum of cash??
We all know there are scammers out there so how's a person to know for sure?

60 years into this hobby and I'm still working on my Lincoln set!
What if someone on the forum offered something like that...say a modern $5 gold eagle graded 69-70?
After all let's face it how many kids would have a gold coin...unless it was willed to them or they won it.
Let me know where the giveaways of gold, cars and large sums of cash begin

<< <i>I have several "YNs" enter my recent giveaway where I gave each of them a better chance at winning... I hope they were all honest, but I didn't verify ages, not sure how I would do that anyways. I do know for sure that the winner is a real YN though so I'm not worried about it. >>
This is why I don't personally use age as a criterion in my giveaways. Not only is there a potential "lying factor," but I don't necessarily think a 15-year-old child of a neurologist is more "deserving" of winning than an adult of modest means.
I am a 64 year old man, with a 5 year old boy.
I'm taking him to coin shows and coin club meetings and he's starting to like coin collecting. It gives us something to do together.
He's just learning to make his letters and can't read so obviously he can't post here.
I've entered him in some YN giveaways here on the forums, and some members here have been kind enough to send him coins.
He loves getting mail that is addressed to him, and finding coins in his mail is very exciting for him.
Do you think I'm a scammer?
Are you saying the YN winner of the 1909-S Lincoln Cent here on the forum is really an adult?
Whatever your accusations are, why not be specific?
