  I too got that email, but I wondered if they got it right because it's in my e-mail address firstname.lastname@domain.suffix
  
  Otherwise I'd be confused, HOWEVER, I recently asked somebody a question, a generic question, and they posted it to their ebay auction and in my question, I left my e-mail address and name. Could had easily been picked up by sweeping ebay as well. Gah! [Learned my lesson! Never leave your information in a question because the seller may very well post it to the auction without thinking]
  
  Anyways, just hit the delete key!
