Do any of the token collectors have some information?
I'm probably going to buy a nice collection of hard times tokens, cwt's etc. One of the Hard times tokens is from the Garrett collection and is still in the Bower's and Ruddy envelope from 1980. Does anyone have an auction list/realized prices and could say how many 1937 HHT's were in the Garrett collection?
I may not see the coin again untill next week to get the number off of the holder.
Never seen one of these before but man, what a great-looking token!
Could you or anyone else here enlighten me a bit as to the scarcity of this one (especially in such a mint state as this) and approximate worth?
I collect tokens only very casually but would be interested in adding one of these if I could afford it.

(Repeating my query as it got passed over shortly after posting it---really curious to know more about this token---anyone care to chime in, please?)

Its my token and I'm sorry that I didn't see your question before
Its an 1850's Francisco & Co. Hatters Merchant Card. This one is White metal and I can't remember off hand what grade it is......I think MS63. I have another one in copper and that is graded MS64.
I don't think that they are particularly rare but it is difficult to find them above Unc. I haven't seen many come up for sale either.
Below is a copy from Rulau book to show you the pricing and metals available as well as a description from his book.
Also is my copper version of this one.

also what is very cool about this one, but doesn't add any value is this
