I had acquired an 1830 Capped Bust Half and was wanting to pin down the Variety Attribution of this wonderful, old coin. I did not have any books on this series as this purchase was my first foray into these coins. After reading a post from one of the message threads here, I gave Coinzip a shot and low and behold, they had numerous pictures of all of the die marriages of the 1830 Half. Using their pictures and descriptions, I was able to attribute my own coin as an O-111. A helpful poster of Coinzip confirmed my attribution. This site can be a great help to anyone just getting started collecting a coin series ( as well as the PCGS Boards). I just want to let other newer collectors know that there is a handy reference site that they can put to good use. HM
