I'll bet that if you go to the testing forum, reply to a thread there, you will have to log in. Check box if you want to stay logged in. I hope this helps.
It seems to be a conflict with something that is computer specific. I have that problem on my brother's computer in Missouri every time I visit for the last 2 years. I had the problem on my laptop for a while but it went away. I had it for about a week a while back on my other desktop computers but it went away. I asked PCGS help me at that time and I don't know if they reset anything or not. --Jerry
Just had the same issue here (which is why I'm posting) and I've logged into PCGS every morning from this computer for the last four years. The log-in page is timing out, probably just a code error or something similar.

No go with my Mac but going in the back door via responding to a thread and staying logged in seems to work. Now if I just could find a way to get my coins graded faster via a backdoor. LOL
