Post a coin pic or pics you took with a camera that you paid under $300 for, and tell us the type camera it is. (no pics from expensive cams)

Fujifilm S3000 3.2 megapixel w/8x optical zoom approx.$150
I'm sure better pictures could be taken with this camera as I took this one freehanded with auto-focus and an overhead lamp.

My camera is a Nikon Coolpix 995 I paid $1000 ten years ago, but you can buy them cheap now.

You just have to learn how to use it. Russ knows how to use it well.

Olympus OM1, using natural light, ISO 400 film, and a 50mm Macro. Total cost of lens and camera... $95. Found some Olympus to Canon adapters from China form $15 so soon I can add the lens to my Canon digital bodies. Gonna be a sweet and cheap setup.
