How much would a spotted MS68 2008 Reverse 2007 bring?

This coin downgraded from a 69 to a 68. What should this bring, in this condition in a MS68 holder? Better yet, what is the minimum I should accept to keep the coin? The toning on my 2008 Rev 2007 isn't all that bad, but bad enough to downgrade.

I am a little steamed on the buy back offer for a 2008 Rev 2007 MS70, about half of the PCGS price guide value and a few hundred less than recent sales. However, I can't complain because if they didn't have the offer I would be a lot worse off.

The population reports indicate that '68' is much rarer than '69'. That makes it more expensive, rather than less expensive, right?

Wait until it's a 66! Then you'll have a pop one coin!!!

Take the lower graded coin and the $$$, crack the coin and AT it.

My second 08 rev 07 went from MS70 to MS65, that should be worth MOON MONEY!!! The first went from MS70 to MS69. I took pictures of every coin I submitted except the two MS70's for some reason.

I was thinking about cracking one of them, my 2006-W that downgraded from 69 to 68 to see if I could "remove" the spots myself. I figure if I could get them off of one MS coin, why not two? But I would let the buyer know it was restored.

they are only offering you half of their own price guide value? another example of just how much of a joke the price guide is, and it also says a lot about the grading guarantee
