.........well, sometimes people need 'a little' influence before pulling the trigger on a too good to be true deal. you can't force anyone to learn.

The U.S. Mint has confirmed that it will definitely sell the circulation-quality rolls of pennies on its Web site soon (and not through the Direct Ship Program, either.) The official I spoke to couldn't give me a time frame for the onset of these sales, but it will definitely happen, probably within the next couple of weeks. The price hasn't been determined yet, but I think it's a real sure bet that it will be quite a bit less than $20 a roll!"

The article states that only 80 boxes were sold at the Kentucky event. Do you guys not think that a box stamped with the first day post mark should go for a premium? Seems like a pretty rare collectible.

I would guess the Mint might sell two rolls, P & D for under $10. All the cost would be in rolling, shipping and packaging. Remember the coins would have to be shipped to a rolling company from Phily and Denver and shipped again to the fulfillment center (Indiana?). Add in the packaging and it could easily be $10 for two rolls.

$10 seems high. The Westward Journey nickel 2 roll sets sold for $8.95 IIRC. I'd bet the Lincoln sell for $4.95-$5.95, maybe lower.

I agree. The nickels were $8.95, so these can't be higher than that.
