Sure, if you informed and know what to look for. Several have sold in the past months, but I can't find any now in old listings...I'll do some more digging...

These are alts for Shoeless (or I should say known crooks in and around Mooresville...they could be different individuals, but unlikely):

The stickers don't even have the Topps logo on them, just the word "certified" or something like that.

Now crush him with a very telling negative, and hammer his stars with 1's.

Edited to add: And start figuring out a cool 5,000th post contest.

I don't know if you should neg him. Maybe a positive that says something like:

Seller refunded since he failed to deliver card, and 1's is maybe the more fair thing to do.

    Steve

    Good for you.

No way. If eBay wont clean up the garbage, we have to when we have the opportunity.

I'm glad you got a refund.

I'd suggest that people report his listings for keyword spamming (he lists every grading service in his descriptions), for accepting banned payment types (he is soliciting checks and money orders), and there are still a few listings of his that state that he is an eBay employee when he isn't. This listing has all three violations:

Exactly. Why not drop a negative? Guy intentionally shorted on postage, tried to screw him over, and has generally soured the buyer on any future transactions with him. Why would you NOT drop a negative?

What is strange is why he has a clenched fist around his water bottle, in that location, and in that posture.

Most of his buyers end up in that position, and in that posture.

Ummm...he still intentionally shorted postage on the card he actually DID ship and still tried to pull a scam, even if it wasn't successful.

You have no proof he tried to scam. As for the postage the DSR should cover that.

You also have no proof he shorted the post on purpose.

Unless of course you can read minds.

Except that he did it multiple times, as confirmed in this thread. He's been around a long time, he knows how much it costs to ship a card.

Justin Timberlake's long lost twin! (though Justin wears a hat much, much better). Looks way more like Justin than Ed Norton, IMHO.

Either way, nice to have this info so I don't ever make the mistake of buying from him.

    That's funny because I don't.

I have an idea but it seems every time I go to the PO they charge me between 1.00 and 2.02 to ship a single slabbed card.

Every time it is different. They all weight the same too!

Listen I'm not saying the guy is a saint, he isn't that is for sure.
