ebay listings pulled?advise needed

My listings was pulled because it said "UNC type b" in the heading TITLE
now if I read the listing policy correct it says
"- There isn't a numeric grade in the listing's title. (A grade can be included in the item description though.)
- No grading company or price guide is mentioned in the title or description.
- No dollar value is included in the title or description (even if it's just a personal opinion)."

My question is the type b a numeric grade? or FS-901 is this a grade? was I in the wrong?any help is appreciated,thanks in advance ,MoJo image

    Rule they quoted:

    nOt in the ad title, in the description all that was mentioned was that it was UNC MS64/65 WHICH UNDER THERE RULES IS ALLOWED .that is why I dont get it lol, I will call them in the am to get a better understanding of the problem, I think because it said type b in the title?which I guess is a grade,but they stated a numeric grade?I will find out an post the answer later. thanks for the input ,MoJo

    As someone already pointed out. You cannot assign a value to a coin which isn't slabbed by one of the sanctioned grading companies. Period.

    It sounds like they haven't a clue, which is par for the course. Drop the coneca and number in the title and retry.

    Sorry to hear they pulled your auctions. Actually, I think you did violate one of their rules. The above quoted rule which they removed your auction for states that you cannot have an image within the listing that shows values of the coin. After searching your recently closed auctions, you do show an image from the Cherrypickers Guide which shows the picture of the variety and the "value" of the variety in said grades.

    I think that is the reason eBay pulled your auction.

    Additionally, not that it really matters, but did you have permission to post an image of that page? If not, I think that is copyright violation. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

    If it was me ... either get the coins graded or change the wording from "Proof reverse" to Proof reverse dies & leave out the Coneca reference FS 901. Also, the price guide listed can only be used on certified coins.

    I think they know exactly why they pulled the auction and they told him exactly what he did wrong. And it has nothing to do with a Coneca attribution:

    Yes 20/20 hindsight. Crop the dollar value in the Cherrypickers pic and you should be fine.
