Help On What Type of Error this 1972-D Kennedy Half is

I was searching through rolls of halves this past week (found 15 - 40% silvers in $300 worth) and I found this error. I have been trying to identify it but I cannot tell for sure what type of error it is. I have included these scans. The reeding is all around the coin except for a small ridge (you can see it in the Reverse scan at the top, in copper).
Any help would be appreciated.

I'll fourth it!
A broadstrike would not show the reeding.
