can anyone tell me how many matte proof lincolns are currently graded by all tpg's?
isn't there only a few more than 15,000 of all years that have been made?
has there been fewer 1916's made than previously reported?....(600)
would you buy them even if they were not stellar in appearance?......will it be better looking later on as the toning takes it?

No, nor can anyone else INCLUDING the individual TPGs. There is absolutely no way to know how many graded coins of a particular series have been cracked out and resubmitted (either for an upgrade or a cross). The best that can be done is an answer as to how many submissions have been made have resulted in a new population point.
