policy on cards submitted for review??

Anyone have any recent luck sending in a card for a second review and getting the upgrade?? or does PSA look once and log the cert #s??

    I see this question here a lot and have never given my view or experience. I do not think the strategy should be on a public forum monitored by PSA/PCGS. There is a very clear method to upgrade almost any card that is at the higher end of the grade. Send me a PM if anyone would like to discuss. I have a lot of experience (with PSA/PCGS success).

    Yes many have had sucessful . From what I have heard 10% is about the average.
