US Mint Returns: Anyone else experiencing problems?

I recently returned a platinum order to the Mint and it was signed for on the 26th of December. I have yet to receive a return confirmation. I have been told it is because of their recent move. Is anyone else having problems?

The 2008 Kennedys I ordered 9 days ago are still on hold!

I think a combination of the move, the direct ship and the new gold coin has them overwhelmed.

yeah, i returned some gold in mid-january. i have yet to get an email from them. SLOW!

My return from before Thansksgiving was just completed this week. Keep all paperwork and proof of delivery to them!

Same here. I returned some gold and it was signed for on Jan 21. Still no acknowledgement from the mint. I have called twice and both times the associate said it should post as returned "next week" . At this point I called the credit card company and filed a dispute of the charges. AMEX can sort it out with them.

Only a government agency can function like this. If they were a publicly owned company they would have gone bankrupt years ago.

Yeah, they are way slow right now. Something about the move. I always had good service from them before.

Return signed for in Memphis on 12-30.Service center in Indiana will not initiate exchange until it is logged in there.As of a week ago it still hasn't been processed in Indiana.The first few weeks the standard cust serv rep answer was give us another 7-10 days.The last call was give us two weeks.If I didn't want the exchange I would have filed for a credit card refund weeks ago.I also have not recieved any emails confirming the return was recieved.
