  Card #1 -- 8 + a hair Top right corner looks soft.
  Card #2 -- 6 (looks like chipping down the right side.) and 2/3 soft corners

  i would say 8 maybe 9 . the darkness in the card makes it really hard to get a 10 . you might wanna remove the pubic hair from
  the first one though.....

  Depends if the scratches are on the card or on the holder.
  8's if the scratches are on the card.
  9 and 10 if they are not

  The top one appears to have some kind of surface imperfection running vertically through the words 'Pinnacle Passer'-- unless that's on the scanner (or the slab), that might explain the difference.
  
  Or, it could just be a Walter-Tango-Foxtrot. I think we've all had some experience with those.
