The Washington is junk silver the rest are a little more.

I like the SLQ, but then that's a beautiful coin in any grade.

Is that an attempted puncture on the reverse of the SLQ?

My guess is $5, $15, $10, $2.

It is not an attempted puncture. Just a spot/smudge of sorts that I wiped off.
