Clad Washington Quarters 1965 - 1998 (eagle reverse)

Do you think the original reverse will return after the State Parks series finishes 11 years from now?

I went through my change and sorted them by year, then bagged them by decade. Save or unload?

I wouldn't generally save these if damaged or lower grade since you would be putting away a fair amount of cash and the available supply is quite deep. However, when and if I find a Ch AU piece in change I generally keep it and even keep an EF if from a "better" date. I like this clad series.

    I'm with TomB on this.

There's just no point in saving typical coins that were made in the billions. Even if
they announce that they're being recalled and melted there will still be plenty of
time to get some and it still probably won't be a good idea to stock up on typical
    coins.

Nice coins and varieties might be a great thing to set aside.

It's unlikely they'll return to the eagle reverse. 10 years is a long time even when
there isn't inflation on the horizon.
