I never thought the coin was AT and still do not think is AT, but I thought the original images you shared of the coin were oversaturated.

Most of the pix make it appear too gaudy for my personal taste, but I do like the Wayte Raymond board toning look in pic. #4.

I just put together a side-by-side look of the reverse as originally shown along with the two images shared in this thread. The reverse was chosen because the obverse does not have three larger images provided. The link is here. The first image of the trio was the original image and, in my opinion, appeared oversaturated upon first impression and still appears oversaturated. The second image is the "unjuiced" photo shared in this thread while the third image is the "juiced" photo shared in this thread. So, I agree with you that the images have been altered.

The first two photos are different kind of lighting, the third is juiced . the two different lights are; sun light with a soft box and the other is indoor ligthing for a camera un-filtered.

Lighting is always a great variable and this makes all of our interpretations far less than perfect.

Going by the image, wear and luster I can see I grade it XF- 46.312.
Do the services go by luster on these circ bust coins? I see luster around the periph, but no indication in the fields.

You are right! When you take pictures with a soft box you won't see much lusrter, but it really bring out the details. At least that's been my experience. Thanks to all for your comments, it is appreciated.
