This month's collector club special, a Fugio Cent?

I know PCGS considers the Fugio Cent in the Special Issues-Colonial category, but do you think they will accept it as a Collectors Club submission. They specify that it has to be a U.S. coin with a sun or sun rays...well it has a sun and rays, and it is a Fedral issue U.S. coin. Am I thinking crazy (since it is getting to be my bedtime) or will they accept the submission?

Fugio Cents have more legitimacy as a "U.S. coin" than many others residing in PCGS slabs, like the 1804 dollar, 1913 Liberty Nickel, et al.
