We are ONE coin away from completing this set............Got it

A complete uncirculated 20th century silver type set. Me and my kids have been working on it for the last 2 years and all we need now is a choice Kennedy half (40%) and we are there. The problem is I need a blast white example still in the original mint cello (cut out of a proof set) and untoned. In the last 6 months I have purchased (9) 1965-1967 mint sets to try to accomplish this task but to no avail. The coins were either toned, had spots or had visible rubbing (from poor storage). Each time they were readily rejected by the little ones (for good reason of course).

As is, the set we have put together is all gem BU blast white and my kids want to keep it that way! (I taught them to always strive for the best but this is getting ridiculous_lol). Anyhow, if anyone has a nice one available in the cello please post or send me a PM with price and preferred method of pay. As is, I have no interest in purchasing another SMS as I already have plenty, but I will if necessary.image

* Never thought it would be this difficult to find a CHOICE modern .......................

Thanks in advance

Rod, if I had one I'd give it to you. A family that collects together stays together.

    Rod,

I feel for ya, been working on a circ set of Walkers in F-15 and some of the 40s coins are a real bear to find.

There were no proof sets from 1965-67.

Rod, just check all 100 of mine and all have some toning. I have one that gets close and if you want pics just pm me.

Might not be easy to find.

There are a lot of nice 1970 mint sets out there.

If you need them to be blast white, buy a toned one and dip it if you have to.
