Hmmm, I could look it up, but knowing TT pictures, it's probably anyone's guess until you see it in hand image

Looks like a 4 to me. I like Teletrade. Their pictures are very good. Much better than fleabay and Heritage. Many times the coins I have received have looked better than the pictures. More than the other way around. I guess you cant ask for more than that.

I don't think you would make a 65 out of it. The mark under Liberty's chin appears to be severe and the two other field marks around the face look major.

Nice clean cheek on a 64dmpl. The few marks in the fields in front of liberty are what probably keeps it at a 64, but you never know, could 65. If you like it, go for it! I have seen many a 65dmpl with greater marks than that coin (at least judging from the pics).
Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

Not a chance. If it went in raw today it would probably go 63PL or 63DMPL, even though it is a common date. Regrades are cracked and graded raw again. The lower grade would be dismissed and it would be returned as a 64DMPL. Don't know where to start, but it has too many marks in the worst possible locations, especially that one staple scratch. (I wouldn't have mentioned a lot you bid or were bidding until the auction was over. Well, some consignor's might say such things to draw bids from others though.)

Didn't win it someone beat me out by one bid I think. Maybe it's for the best.

You're better off. I have had enough TT disappointments over the years to know what to look at for somewhat hidden (though inadvertant on their part) issues. Wasn't a bar 6 or MPD.
